Hey y’all, come live with us plz!

beth and i are STILL looking for a roomie. we’ve had a couple people say they were going to sign the lease and then completely change their minds/ignore our texts/emails. so then we stopped looking because we thought we were good, etc etc. it really sucks because our roommate decided to leave last minute and we need someone asap now. 

here’s the details copied from our craigslist ad. if you know someone who’s looking, or if you are looking, please let us know!! help!

This room is available starting June 1st!

$350 plus cheap utilities 

Us: queer couple, 20-something vcu student & recent vcu grad and two small cats looking for an awesome roommate to share our two-bedroom apartment. We are open-minded, vegetarian, feminist, somewhat-tidy, bike riding, non-smoking, art making, cool ladiez. 
You: queer loving/friendly, no drugs (at least in the apartment), cat-friendly, okay with couples. Preferably non-smoker but it’s okay. 
The Apartment:
•Two bedrooms, one bathroom, medium sized kitchen, full dining room, decent sized living room, small back porch, basement storage and laundry machines.
•Second room has closet space, two windows/nice daylight. 
•Wood floors, new appliances, new windows, really cheap utilities.
•Quiet, friendly neighbors, private parking lot, plenty of street parking.
•Only 1 mile from VCU campus, bus stop next to the parking lot, close to museums, restaurants, bars, starbucks. 
•Quick maintenance and good landlord. 
•We’ve lived here two years and already have furniture, shelves, dishes, tv and a wii/playstation, netflix, cute cats, etc. to share. Open to your stuff as well of course.
•Our roomie is ending her lease, so you would be signing a one year lease and need to pay a $350 deposit as well.
