my friend taught me how to punch one day, but she always says that if you can't muster up a punch (like, the energy exerted in a punch from the moment you clench your fist to the moment that fist hits someone else is ridiculous!) that you can always do more damage with a really hard slap cos theres more surface area in the palm of your hand.
